This Ojibwe folktale, adapted and retold by Michael Lang, tells the story of a wise chief, and the lesson that he teaches to a pair of young boys. Moharimet is the name of a Native American chief who once lived in what is now Madbury, New Hampshire, and he is also the namesake of the elementary school that Michael Lang attended.
